eDock is a tablet app that helps recyclers save time, reduce double-entry and streamline warehouse operations by eliminating manual shipping logs and break-down sheets. It allows warehouse users to efficiently grade and weigh inbound material and process outbound loads directly from mobile terminals in your recycling facility. eDock seamlessly integrates with truck, floor and forklift scales to automatically capture weights, manages tare weights for equipment and packaging and supports barcoding equipment for tagging both inbound and outbound materials. eDock also enhances traceability and streamlines documentation by capturing photos of received materials to record quality issues, generating inbound scale tickets and producing specialized shipping documents such as outbound BOLs and packing lists— all from a user-friendly mobile tablet.
Open Loads Page
The open loads page provides a real-time dashboard of all staged open loads created in cieTrade by your back-office that have yet to be shipped or received into the warehouse. Users can click on any load to instantly access the corresponding Receiving or Shipping page for quick processing.
Receiving Page
The receiving page shows inbound load details sent from your back-office and allows users to quickly enter received load information, including carrier, truck number, comments and more. It provides seamless integration with floor and truck scales to quickly capture received weights. Once a ticket is marked as “COMPLETED”, it is automatically sent to the back office for approval.
Load Detail Page
The load detail page allows warehouse users to quickly input specifications for each received grade, including packaging type, color, condition, inventory location and more. It also provides seamless integration with IP cameras to capture scaled material photos and allows users to generate inventory barcode labels with a single click, making it easier to tag received material for improved inventory tracking.
Shipping Page
The shipping page allows users to easily scan or search for items in inventory to prepare outbound shipments. It also provides the ability to print specialized shipping documents, including packing slips, scale tickets and BOLs. Once a ticket is marked as “COMPLETED”, the system notifies the back office for final approval.
