Marketing Associate - Entry Level
We’re looking for an entry-level Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, goal-driven and eager to grow, with great attention to detail and a desire to produce high-quality and creative marketing deliverables. As part of our Marketing team, you’ll play an active role in supporting our lead generation efforts, producing content for all stages of the marketing funnel and driving brand awareness through our digital, email and social media marketing campaigns.

What you'll be doing
As an entry-level Marketing Associate, you’ll help support lead generation efforts, produce content for all stages of the marketing funnel and drive brand awareness by developing and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives. You’ll collaborate on the creation of digital ads, marketing emails, social media content, video projects, press releases and more, while contributing to website optimization and SEO strategy to boost traffic and conversions. You’ll also assist with producing sales and marketing collateral, including client case studies and testimonials, coordinating tradeshow and conference logistics and conducting market and competitive research to inform our marketing strategy.
What we’re looking for
- Recent college grad or early career professional interested in B2B marketing.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven and eager to grow.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency using LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Familiarity with WordPress, HubSpot or other CMS/CRM tools is a plus.

We’re looking for a Client Success Specialist to join our team. The right candidate is proactive, analytical and committed to helping clients succeed. What you'll be doing
As a Client Success Specialist at cieTrade you’ll work directly with our customers to help them achieve maximum value from our platform. This role involves a variety of activities that includes on-boarding, implementation, training, accounting support, software QA/troubleshooting, project management and more. You will also play a critical role working with our engineering team providing input and feedback for continued product development, strategic planning, and decision making.
- Respond to daily inquiries from clients using our platform.
- Conduct live training sessions, and create self-help resources.
- Help troubleshoot usability, reporting and reconciliation issues.
- Manage support cases and engage in specialty client projects.
- Offering guidance to integrate and adapt our solution to meet requirements.
- Work with our engineering team to address issues and improve our platform.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles or any experience using accounting software.
- Any prior experience in operations, customer service, project management is a plus.
- Comfortable working with Excel to analyze and manipulate data.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving is your strength.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and phone skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
