Client Success Specialist
As a Client Success Specialist you’ll work directly with our worldwide clients to help them achieve maximum value from our platform. This role involves a variety of daily activities that includes on-boarding, implementation, training, accounting support, software QA/troubleshooting, project management and more. You will also play a critical role working with our engineering team providing input and feedback for continued product development, strategic planning and decision making.

What you'll be doing
As a Client Success Specialist you’ll work directly with our worldwide clients to help them achieve maximum value from our platform. This role involves a variety of daily activities that includes on-boarding, implementation, training, accounting support, software QA/troubleshooting, project management and more. You will also play a critical role working with our engineering team providing input and feedback for continued product development, strategic planning and decision making. In summary you will:
- Respond to daily inquiries from clients that are using our platform.
- Conduct live training sessions, and create self-help resources.
- Help troubleshoot usability, reporting and reconciliation issues.
- Manage support cases and engage in specialty client projects.
- Provide guidance on integrating and adapting our solution to meet business requirements.
- Work with our engineering team to address issues and improve our platform.
- Meet with stakeholders to scope future projects and make recommendations.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field.
- 1+ years of relevant experience working with clients in operations, customer service, project management, or related field preferable at a technology company.
- Any experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or ERP systems.
- Comfortable working with Excel to analyze and manipulate data.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving is your strength.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and phone skills.

You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create digital ads, email campaigns, social media content, press releases, blog & thought-leadership articles, video assets and other collateral designed to support every stage of the funnel. You’ll also contribute to website optimization and SEO strategy to improve traffic, rankings and conversions.

What you'll be doing
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll support lead generation initiatives and help drive brand awareness by developing content and campaigns across multiple marketing channels. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create digital ads, email campaigns, social media content, press releases, blog & thought-leadership articles, video assets and other collateral designed to support every stage of the funnel. You’ll also contribute to website optimization and SEO strategy to improve traffic, rankings and conversions. In addition, you’ll assist in producing sales enablement and marketing materials— including client case studies, testimonials and product-focused messaging— while helping to coordinate logistics for tradeshows, conferences and industry events.
What we're looking for
- Recent college grad with an interest in B2B SaaS or early-career professional with experience in a software environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of core digital marketing concepts, funnel strategy and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with common B2B marketing tools such as GoogleAds, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hubspot, WordPress, SEMrush, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Must be located within a reasonable commuting distance to our Norwalk, CT office.
