Client Success Specialist

As a Client Support Specialist you’ll work directly with our clients worldwide providing critical support to help them achieve maximum value from our platform. This role is like an in‐house consultant and involves a wide variety of activities that includes on‐boarding, training, project management, troubleshooting, QA and more. You will also play a critical role working with our engineering team to provide vital input, feedback and support for continued product development, strategic planning and decision making.
