Client Success Specialist
As a Client Support Specialist you’ll work directly with our clients worldwide providing critical support to help them achieve maximum value from our platform. This role is like an in‐house consultant and involves a wide variety of activities that includes on‐boarding, training, project management, troubleshooting, QA and more. What you'll be doing
As a Client Success Specialist you’ll work directly with our clients worldwide providing critical support to help them achieve maximum value from our platform. This role is like an in‐house consultant and involves a wide variety of activities that includes on‐boarding, training, project management, troubleshooting, QA and more. You will also play a critical role working with our engineering team to provide vital input, feedback and support for continued product development, strategic planning and decision making. In summary you will:
- Respond to daily inquiries from clients that are using our platform.
- Conduct live training sessions, and create self-help resources.
- Help troubleshoot usability, reporting and reconciliation issues.
- Manage support cases and engage in specialty client projects.
- Provide guidance on integrating and adapting our solution to meet business requirements.
- Work with our engineering team to address issues and improve our platform.
- Meet with stakeholders to scope future projects and make recommendations.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or related field.
- Will consider recent grads interested in SaaS technology support.
- Any experience with SaaS client service, onboarding, troubleshooting or similar role.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving is your strength.
- Comfortable working with Excel to analyze and manipulate data.
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Exceptional written, verbal and phone skills.
