What you'll be doing
As our Sales Development Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind finding and creating new business opportunities. You’ll focus on identifying potential clients, reaching out, and showing them how our software can solve their problems. You’ll be in charge of managing lead campaigns, presenting to decision‐makers, and collaborating with our marketing team to qualify leads. Plus, you’ll get to build relationships with existing and new clients and become an expert on an industry‐changing product.
What we’re looking for
- Recent college grad or early career professional interested in B2B technology sales.
- 1+ years of experience in any sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Not afraid to engage in cold outreach and speak to unfamiliar people on a daily basis.
- Ability to travel to customer sites and tradeshows, domestic and international as needed.

What you'll be doing
As a Client Success Specialist at cieTrade you’ll work directly with our customers to help them achieve maximum value from our platform. This role involves a variety of activities that includes on-boarding, implementation, training, accounting support, software QA/troubleshooting, project management and more. You will also play a critical role working with our engineering team providing input and feedback for continued product development, strategic planning, and decision making.
- Respond to daily inquiries from clients using our platform.
- Conduct live training sessions, and create self-help resources.
- Help troubleshoot usability, reporting and reconciliation issues.
- Manage support cases and engage in specialty client projects.
- Offering guidance to integrate and adapt our solution to meet requirements.
- Work with our engineering team to address issues and improve our platform.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles or any experience using accounting software.
- Any prior experience in operations, customer service, project management is a plus.
- Comfortable working with Excel to analyze and manipulate data.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving is your strength.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and phone skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
