The new Load Scheduling Portal allows users to easily manage activity across all loading docks in your warehouse, helping to streamline shipping and receiving while eliminating bottlenecks in your recycling facility. It features a centralized Loading Schedule which provides a list of both assigned and unassigned load activity for the day across all docks within a given warehouse. The Loading-Schedule’s user-friendly design allows users to drag and drop unassigned loads into any time opening within a dock column, making it easy to instantly create dock assignments. It color codes inbound and outbound loads, helping users quickly identify and organize dock assignments by load type. The Load Scheduling Portal also features a comprehensive Bookings Report which provides a list of all scheduled loading dock activity for a given time period. The report can be filtered by load type, load status, warehouse location and carrier.
